This Rare Vintage Wood Bit Brace, Ball Type, Lady's Size, Non-Ratcheting is in fair condition. The top knob is worn around its edges with some minor chips and cracks. The middle ball knob is intact. It is split down the middle on both sides to get it around the steel frame. It is worn with some hairline cracks, Both knobs turn well. The set screw or maybe thumb screw to lock the taper of the bit in the brace is missing. Just to the side of the chuck is a 3/16" non-threaded thru hole, a 1-1/4" flattened space and a machine screw. This space may have held a tag at one time, but we are unsure. This Lady's Size Brace measures 10-1/2" OAL, 5-1/4" within the arc and has an arc depth from the knob to the center point of 2-3/4".
