This wrench is dated 4-5 34.  It is in good condition.  It is 8-7/8" long.  It features 1 set of teeth on 1 side of a closed eye.  You would put the eye over the pipe or bolt to be turned and depending on the direction you are turning, you would flip it over to turn the other way.  The teeth are in relatively good condition with a few chips on one side. (see Pictures)  The opposite flat jaw appears to have some larger chips, although they may be casting flaws.  The Head on each side is marked with a directional arrow that says either "IN" or "OUT".   "NEVERSLIP" is cast in embossed lettering in a recess in the handle.  The date "4-5 34" is cast in embossed numbers between the name and the head.  There is also a blank raised rectangle above the date.

The Name "NEVER SLIP" was a store brand for the E. C. Simmons Hardware Co., St. Louis, Missouri.
