Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items not in their original condition or packaging
