We presume it was made in the USA, as it is part of an older inventory in our warehouse with other USA made bits. It measures 14” in length and has an 11.5” flute length. The only markings on the bit are an “M” logo and part # 28-26-1322 646. This drill bit was probably a special order for a manufacturer. This is an unused, unpackaged surplus drill bit.
