They are a medium grit non-woven flexible material that is used for putting a satin finish on jewelry and stainless steel surfaces. They can also be used for light deburring, cleaning and finishing of other surfaces as well. These wheels mount easily on 1/16” Dremel type screw mandrels by putting the machine screw through the center of the wheel.
