Description

This is a vintage center head attachment for a machinist’s combination square set. It fits onto a 1” steel rule and is designed to find the exact center of round or cylindrical stock.

Cast iron body with steel clamp screw. In good working condition with cosmetic wear typical of age and shop use.

Maker’s mark not visible; similar in design to Starrett, Lufkin, Brown & Sharpe, and Craftsman versions.

A useful addition to any machinist’s tool kit or as a replacement part for a vintage square set.
