Wood Lathe Center #1 Morse Taper with 4 Replaceable Tips, New/Other:  This #1 Morse Taper wood lathe center comes from a surplus deal that we bought 15 or 20 years ago.  We recently uncovered them in our warehouse.  We do not remember who made them, but we believe that they are made in the USA, especially because of the boxes that they were packed in and because for the first 24 years of our business we did not buy Chinese or Taiwanese products at all.  This center comes with 4 replaceable pointed tips.  These tips have tapered shanks and the center body has a hole on its side just below the head to use to pop them out with a tapered pin or punch.  The width of its head measures 5/8 inch.
