osborn 7 inch knotted cup wheel. Made in the USA. 5/8-11 arbor. These wheels are new old stock we found in our warehouse while trying to make room for new inventory. They were not individually packaged and as you can see have some rust on them from many years of storage. Some have little to no rust on them where as some may have a bit more. The rust will not affect the functionality of these wheels and you may clean or refurbish them as we leave those decisions up to the buyer. Please check our thousands of positive reviews.
