Osborn 7 inch knotted cup wheel. Made in the USA. 5/8-11 arbor. These wheels are new old stock we found in our warehouse while trying to make room for new inventory. They were not individually packaged and as you can see have some rust on them from many years of storage. Some have little to no rust on them where as some may have a bit more.
